Ayub Bachchu will sue GP & Robi

Bangladesh music industry is already heated after police arrested leading Music label boss Sultan Mahmud Babul due to to a cased filed by leading band singer James. Bangladesh Music label owners association leader then announced that they will not publish any band related album until this problem solved. Blues Club" announced that he will sue GP, Robi and other telco who is playing his song commercially without his concern.This is one of Ayub Bachchu's new year resolution said by his fans.

Bachchu said, "At the end of year I hate to say GP, ROBI and many other telcos are still  using my songs without my concern ! And making good money !! Out of my creations , I want all my friends to shout for this kinda infringement ! And soon I will move by law by Jan 2012 , be with me" He is actually asking moral support from his fan base and gently remaining telco guys to solve the issue As soon as possible before he go for any legal action. Fans quickly picked the announcement and shown their support.

This is actually an intelligent move from renowned band L.R.B leader Ayub Bachchu, as james movement had many kind of reaction from different stake holder Bachchu is trying to gain the pulse in favor of him before he go for hard-line. Readers and fan need to wait few weeks to see how things get solved. Industry leaders found that telco's earn millions of dollar per month from song sales.
